Please advise me within seven days of any returns (all returns must be authorized).

Please ensure that any returns are sent back complete and include all items originally supplied with it.

All items have a 12 month guarantee**, any repairs within this time will be carried out free of charge, however, Bravewood Guitars will not be responsible for the cost of carriage either to or from the Bravewood premises. Not covered is natural wear and tear, modified, neglected or abused items.

Please note that all guitars are set up prior to shipping, however due to bumps and knocks the guitar might receive on route or climate/humidity change (particularly overseas) the guitar may need minor adjustments when it arrives at its destination. This does not indicate a fault, most new guitars require a 'settling in' period when the odd tweak of the truss rod or action is necessary, this said, most are fine and require no adjustment.

**Real vintage guitars, second hand guitars and parts are sold only on an 'AS IS' basis, they will be in full working order (unless otherwise stated) but not covered by the above guarantee. Please note the 12 month guarantee only applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

I reserve the right to cancel any order, at any stage should I feel the need to do so, if this situation arises, any money paid will be returned.

In the interest of continual improvement, I also reserve the right to change specifications without notice.
